Networkistics was founded by two engineers who saw how small businesses were struggling to manage their networks, and thought, "There has to be a better way." And they decided to create it.
Greg Wong

Greg has 25 years of experience as an IT manager and software engineer, including five years leading the IT group at a networking equipment company.
Greg’s areas of expertise include:
- System administration (Windows, Linux, Solaris)
- Network design and troubleshooting
- Custom software programs and utilities
- Site moves
- Integrating IT systems of acquired companies
- Sarbanes Oxley compliance
- Oracle administration
- System monitoring
Greg has worked extensively with Veritas, MySQL, Cisco and Extreme Networks equipment, VPN security devices, T1/PRI network connections, iSCSI, RAID storage systems and web tools.
In the not glamorous but useful department, Greg has a unique talent for understanding and fixing diverse types of equipment such as PBX systems, security systems, and legacy software systems.
Darrell Gray

Darrell is an electrical engineer with 24 years experience including 8 as the director of Engineering at a networking and telecommunications equipment company. He brings both technical and management skills to Networkistics.
Darrell’s areas of expertise include:
- Server design
- Enterprise application implementation and roll-out
- Desktop support
- Network troubleshooting
- Server administration
- Storage system design
Darrell has worked extensively with hardware design, gigabit Ethernet, T1 & DS3 protocols, PCI Express, C, Assembly, HTML, TCP/IP, HDLC and a variety of design and productivity tools.
From the “Don’t you wish everyone was that way” department, Darrell brings an amazing amount of calmness and unflappability to any IT problem---big or small.
Darrell has a BSEE from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
